What are your Foof bags made of?
>Foof Chairs, Foof bags are filled with shredded, urethane foam, the long-lasting comfort that cuddles you once you take a seat. Urethane foam last longer than the polystyrene beans that is found in the bean bags of today. Foof chairs can be re-foofed and re-foofed again and again until you get tired and yearn for that new Foof chair expeirence. The process of re-foofing is so simple and can be seen here (Re-foofing).
How are the Foof Chairs Shipped?
> All orders submitted via Poofbags.com will generally ship within 7-14 days from the time of receipt, due to the high demand of our Foof products and customization. All customers will be contacted via email immediately with tracking information once their Foof chair/ Foof bag has shipped.
> For faster shipping we offer a service known as "QuickSHIP." Our QuickSHIP items generally ship within 2-4 business days. Of course with an opportunity to receive faster shipping, our items are going fast, and our QuickSHIP supply is limited. If QuickSHIP is for you, we ask that you do not wait as items may become "SOLD OUT."
> All orders will ship FREE through UPS Ground in a 22" x 22" x 24" box. The Chairs are compressed prior to shipping through the use of a vacuum system that removes air from the package.
> For those with international, government, or addresses outside of the continental United States please contact us before placing your order for a shipping rate. Due to the limited options that we have when shipping outside of the 48 continental states we have to find other means of shipping out your Poofbags Foof Chair. This cost cannot be avoided as we have tried... However, we continuously seek lean methods of getting our customers their orders in a timely fashion.

> 7ft. (XXL) - Fits three Adults comfortably (Sofa Size)/ Dimensions: 84” x 60” x 60” Tall
> 6ft. (XL) - Fits two Adults comfortably (Love Seat Size)/ Dimensions: 72” x 48” x 36” Tall
> 5ft. (King) - Fits up to two Adults comfortably/ Dimensions: 54” x 54” x 42” Tall
> 4ft. (L) - Fits one Adult/ or two children/ Dimensions: 48” x 48” x 36” Tall
> 3.5ft. (M) - Holds about 120 pounds/ Dimensions: 42” x 42” x 34” Tall
> 3ft. (S) - Holds all ages but ideal for ages between 4-16 yrs/ Dimensions: 36” x 36” x 32” Tall
> 2.5ft. (XS) - Holds ages 4 and up, ideal for ages between 4-14 yrs/ Dimensions: 32” x 32” x 32” Tall
Is there a warranty on my item?
>There is a one-year manufacturers warranty against rips and tears in the seam.
Are there other methods of purchasing from Poofbags.com?
> Yes, please use our mail-in order form to pay by check, money order, or cash.
Cancelling Orders
> You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed or that are already packaged and shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you must go through the return process. We strongly recommend that you accept your product(s) and then proceed through our normal return process in order to ensure that you receive a timely refund or credit.
Refund policy
> If the product is defective (manufacture defects, customized improperly, wrong item, ect.) upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the UPS pickup for return or replacement of the item for FREE. Please include the following:

What is the Defect:
*All items above are required! Your request will be denied if the above information is not correct.
Return Policy
You must submit a return request within the first 7 days of receiving your item. There is a 25% restocking fee due to shipping costs incurred, and the manufacturer's restocking fees. That is 75% of the purchase price you will receive back. We do not cover shipping back to the warehouse. All return items must be re-packaged in the same packaging they arrived.
Before returning any item back to Poofbags.com you must contact our support team and submit a request for Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Upon submission of your request you will be emailed with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please include the following:

Before placing your order please make sure it is the correct size for your needs, color, ect. In other words make sure it is the chair for you!
What about a Liner?
> We highly recommend that you purchase a liner. All Poofbags Chair fabrics are machine washable. The liner makes this process much more easier and very convenient, so save yourself the trouble and time. We recommend adding a liner but in the end it is your Foof chair, we support you regardless and are here to answer your questions. Liners cannot be purchased seperately, instead you can purchase Foof filling that comes with a liner.
